Brian Falder - Chairman 
Brian has been Chairman of HMG Paints Ltd for 18 years and has worked continuously for the company since 1945. An astonishing 65 years of continuous service.
The son of the founder of HMG Paints Ltd, Mr H. J. Falder, Brian oversaw the company's development and rapid progression through his four decade tenure and direction.
Brian completed a DMS at Manchester Business School in 1967 and is a Manchester University Main Board Governor.
John Falder - Managing Director 
John has been Managing Director for over 17 years and has worked within HMG Paints Ltd since 1976.
A graduate in Chemistry and Marine Biology from Bangor University and a Licentiate from the Royal Institute of Chemistry, John is also a board member of the British Coatings Federation and Chairman of the British Coatings Federation Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle Group.
John is a Director of several group and non-group companies with particular technical speciality after his previous role as a group technical director.
John is also a local authority (Manchester) School Governor and Chairman of the School Finance Group.
Stephen Falder - Marketing Director 
Stephen has been a full board director at HMG Paints Ltd since 1990.
A graduate in Chemistry from Kings College London, Stephen was also a founder of Byotrol Ltd, Bradite Paints Ltd, and HMG America LLC and is currently Business Development Director of Byotrol plc since 2005.
Stephen is Chairman of Proskills UK, (the industry sector skills council) a leading exponent of training and personal development within the coatings industry.
Steve Crossman - Business Development Director 
Steve is Business Development Director at HMG Paints Ltd and has worked for the company since 1984.
An MSc in Manufacturing Leadership from Lancaster University Management School, Steve is also on the Operations Board of HMG Paints Ltd.
Steve was also Technical Manager for seven years and has vast experience of working in the Marketing, Sales, and Laboratory departments of the company.
Danny Cleary - Sales Director 
The newest member of the HMG Paints Board of Directors,appointed August 2011, Danny Cleary is HMG's Sales Director and is in control of HMG's sales force, Danny joined HMG Paints in 1997.
Len Hutton - Production Manager 
Len is now HMG's Production Manager, taking over from John Newton after he retired. Len was previously in charge of HMG's ever expanding colour library, and colour production at HMG Paints.
John Fenton - Special Project Manager 
John is HMG's Special Projects Manager and is currently heavily involved with HMG Titan and developing HMG's overseas markets.
