The purpose of the role is to provide support within the HR and Payroll function

The vacancy is the result of succession planning and promotion.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with the day to day efficient operation of the HR function
Provide general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy
Managing sensitive and confidential correspondence and security of information, data and files.

Ability to handle confidential issues and materials sensitively and appropriately
Excellent organisational skills
Proven ability to present information in a logical, clear and concise format
Ability to work collaboratively with a range of colleagues
Proven ability to work with autonomy within set boundaries
Ability to manage own workload and support others
Ability to identify priorities quickly and accurately and to ensure that deadlines are met.
To have a high level of IT skills particularly in MS Office Package
Educated to a minimum of "A" level or equivalent
We are looking for someone who wants to increase their knowledge of all HR and Payroll functions. Consideration would be given to someone who has strong administrative skills and would like to change their career path. The right person will have a 100% work ethic, be a regular and punctual attendee and who is looking to carve out a worthwhile and stable career in a very fine, local company.
