HMG Paints are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Services Department. They will join a team of Customer Service Representatives, responsible for providing an efficient and professional interface between the company departments and its customers. Focusing on sales and customer service support to customers’ phone calls, emails and related enquiries for orders and quotations. The successful candidate should demonstrate a consistent professional approach, have a self-motivated attitude and excellent time management skills.

Hours of work: 8:15am – 5pm Mon – Thurs & 8:15am - 4pm Fri (45 minutes unpaid lunch)
Total number of hours per week: 39

Rate of pay: £ 18,000 - £22,000 dependent upon experience

Required Skills and Experience
• GCSE in Maths & English at Grade C or above
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft
• Previous experience desirable
