- Hazards are eliminated where possible and risks are reduced through the application of the hierarchy of controls
- Risks arising from our activities are systematically assessed and effectively managed
- Safe systems of work, suitable equipment, and safe working practices are implemented and maintained
- Plant, equipment, and workplace environments are maintained in a safe condition
- Hazardous substances are handled, stored, and used safely and in accordance with relevant regulations
- Employees and contractors are provided with clear information, instruction, training, and supervision to enable them to work safely
- Competence is established and maintained for all roles, particularly those with safety-critical responsibilities
- Employees are consulted and actively encouraged to participate in matters affecting their health, safety, and wellbeing
- Employees can raise concerns or report hazards without fear of reprisal
- Safe and tidy working conditions are maintained in all areas of operation
Continual Improvement
We are committed to the continual improvement of our occupational health and safety performance and management system. This will be achieved through the regular setting, monitoring, and review of measurable health and safety objectives, ensuring our approach remains effective, proportionate to risk, and aligned with our business activities and strategic direction.
