At HMG Paints Limited, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, contractors, visitors, and partners. We will take all reasonably practicable measures to prevent accidents, protect health, and promote well-being across all our operations.

Our Commitment
It is the responsibility of management to ensure that:

  • Sound working practices, effective systems, and safe equipment are implemented at all times

  • Risk arising from our work activities is properly assessed and adequately controlled.

  • Employees are actively consulted on matters affecting their health and safety.

  • All plant and equipment are maintained in safe working condition.

  • Hazardous substances are handled, stored, and used safely and in accordance with regulations.

  • Clear and accessible information, instruction, and supervision are provided to all personnel.

  • Employees and contractors are trained and competent to perform their roles safely.

  • Measures are in place to prevent accidents and work-related ill health.

  • Safe and tidy working conditions are maintained in all areas of operation.

  • This policy is reviewed regularly and updated as required to reflect changes in legislation,
    operations, or best practices.
