HMG Paints has recently recruited Paul Walker, as a Technical Sales Representative to bolster the expanding Industrial Sales Team.

Paul has been brought on board, to assist the sales team, provide customers with excellent onsite customer support, and also run training courses at HMG’s in-house innovation, development and application training centre.

HMG Paints have long supplied the industrial coatings market place, and distribute to customers across the globe. Sales Director, Danny Cleary, is confident that HMG Paints can continue to grow the business area this year:

An important aspect of Paul’s role will be to run customer training programmes at HMG’s site in Manchester. The state of the art facility houses a spraybooth, fully equipped paint kitchen, and two classrooms and has already hosted sixteen external training events since the opening in September 2013.

Paul is well equipped to undertake the responsibilities of this new role having had a vast paint application and training experience. Having worked previously at Taylor Engineering & Plastics and Mitras demonstrating correct application techniques and delivering training modules, Paul is eager to utilise this expertise at HMG and is excited about the challenges ahead.
